SportsFullCircle would like to offer our congratulations to Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps for capturing one of the most prestigious athletic awards out there.  Today, Phelps was presented Sports Illustrated’s Sportsman of the Year award, given to the most oustanding athlete in sports.
