More News on Death of Nick Adenhart
22-year old Nick Adenhart was killed in a car accident that was caused by another 22-year old. The name of the suspect? Andrew Thomas Gallo.
Gallo, a convicted drunk driver, has been charged with three counts of murder after running a red light in his minivan early Thursday morning and crashing into the Mitsubishi that carried Adenhart and three friends. Gallo will be facing anywhere from 55 years to life in prison.
Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas said, “At the time of the crash, Mr. Gallo’s blood-alcohol content is estimated to be almost three times the legal limit.
“He’ll never escape the psychological prison of shame knowing his selfish actions killed three people.”
The accident also claimed the lives of the 20-year old female driver and a 25-year old male passenger.
