With today being the “World Championship of Curling”, I thought it would be important for everyone to make their picks. Therefore the picks are as followed:
Alba: Team Zimbabwe over Team Canada 13-12.5…….
Just kidding. In fact today is the day of Super Bowl XLIII, the biggest day in annual history. The Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Arizona Cardinals, in the battle that Lamar Hunt worked oh so hard to bring us. The 12-4 Steelers will attempt to add their second Super Bowl title in 4 years, while the Cardinals are making their first ever appearance. With a win, the Steelers will become the all-time winningest franchise in terms of Super Bowl championships, with 6. Kickoff is approximately at around 6 PM EST, taking place in Tampa Bay’s Raymond James Stadium. The following are some of SportsFullCircle’s writer’s picks:
Carmine Caruso: Cardinals over Steelers, 23-16.
Derek Johnson: Cardinals over Steelers 24-23 off of a last second Neil Rackers field goal.
Matt Zonis: Cardinals over Steelers 27-23.
Alex Silverman: Cardinals over Steelers, 27-24.
Matt Black: Steelers over Cardinals 27-24. Matt however does state the following:
“Last year the New England Patriots came into Super Bowl 42 a perfect 18-0 and were heavily favored against the New York Giants. All of the sports world was shocked when the last whistle blew and the scoreboard read Giants-17 Patriots-14. Super Bowl 43 seems like a carbon copy of this with the heavily favored Steelers against the under dog Cardinals. So don’t anybody be surprised tonight when the Cardinals may beat the Steelers, because history has a way of showing itself. The Arizona Cardinals are the New York Giants of this year and it could be the same result. Good Luck to both teams it should be a great game.”
Remy Gallagher: Steelers over Cardinals 35-24.
Mike Cosentino: Steelers over Cardinals 27-17.
Jon Alba: Steelers over Cardinals 24-14.
Enjoy your Super Bowl Sunday, and don’t forget to check back here as soon as the game ends for up to the second analysis.

Just a note – the Live Scores on the side show how people are voting, 1571 voted for the cardinals and 1468 voted for the steelers. So many people are thinking the cardinals are going to win, but it is very close.
i flipped the teams but got the score
