Breaking news out of swimming, as it seems that 2008 8-time Gold Medal winner Michael Phelps has been suspended for 3 months.  The suspension comes just days after a photo emerged of the American icon smoking marijuana from a bong, considered to be a trashing figure to the role model.

While many of his sponsors claimed they would stick behind him, Kellogs released him from their contract today.  Phelps could be facing criminal charges, all when it seemed he was at the top of the world.
