Indiana Pacers 118 Los Angeles Lakers 117

by Derek Johnson on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008

After being down by 15 points heading into the 4th quarter, the Indiana Pacers outscored the Los Angeles Lakers 32 to 16 in the final period to give the Pacers a 118-117 victory over Los Angeles.

Prior to this game, the Lakers were on a seven-game winning streak. They had also won all 5 of their games on the road. Having already scored 101 points within the first three quarters of play, it seemed like the Lakers would improve to 6-0 on the road. Instead, Los Angeles fell to 14-2 on the season.
