The World Champion Boston Celtics are looking like Champions, as they are ripping right through the “competition” in the NBA. Tuesday night, they defeated their division rivals, the Philadelphia 76ers, in Boston by a score of 110-91. This was their 19th straight victory, which is a new Boston record for consecutive games won. This gives the Celts an NBA-best 27-2 record, which also makes history as it is the most wins in the first 29 games of a season ever.

On Christmas Day, the Celtics play their long-time hated rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers, in a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals. They will have the chance to prove that they are really the best in the NBA when they go for #20 in a row against the West’s best team.
