Frustrated Jamal Lewis Says Teammates Quit

Jamal Lewis is frustrated, as frustrated as he’s been his entire career he says (and remember Kyle Boller was he QB in Baltimore), and that’s because he thinks his teammates are quitting. The Browns have blown leads the last 2 weeks against the Ravens and Broncos.

Lewis said, “This is the NFL, you can’t call it quits until the game is over … But it looks to me like some people called it quits before that. Denver was down, but they didn’t call it quits. They kept their heads up and they finished. We didn’t do that two weeks in a row — at home.”

Jamal Lewis is obviously frustrated and has a right to be. I mean, he plays for the Cleveland Browns! I’d feel bad, except he’s a former coke dealer. The Browns have little hope for this year, but Brady Quinn looks like the real deal and should be a great quarterback in the future.

The Browns should quit. They might as well, because this season is useless, and tanking would lead to a high draft pick. The people of Cleveland must be so excited for the rest of the season.
