Olympics Update: Early Medal Count

It is currently 9 PM Local Time in Beijing, China, and most of the events are winding down. As of this time the United States has an early lead with 3 total medals (one of each kind). China is second with 2 total (both golds) and South Korea is third also with 2 (both of which are bronze, thus putting them behind China).

Do not forget all events up to 1 PM EST are live, all others shown will have been pre-recorded. Keep checking throughout the day for Olympic Updates.
